This month is swiftly coming to an end, and it feels interesting somehow to be heading into March.

I’m really “feeling” the onset of the newness emerging from the still cold and barren earth. It’s as if I am in this liminal space within the cocoon of my being. Parts of myself that have fallen away and consumed by the earth still whisper as they return to their beginnings

Vapers of yesterday gone by like a veil desperately clinging…

The anticipation of spring.

Do we truly grasp its meaning?

A cycle breaking through the darkness that is capable of giving birth to something new and different from the ashes, the potash, the decay of matter turned over in the soil of a living organism we call

In Tree Pose this evening, as I experimented with closing my eyes as I have throughout this challenge and as I raised my hands high.

The wobble came and I began to move my arms and imagined myself as a young oak. Branches waving in the wind unprotected without its leaves….

Are You Unapologetically Dedicated to Your Own Mission?


Are you ready to embrace your true calling and become unapologetically dedicated to your mission? The full moon in Virgo on March 7th is the perfect time to reflect on your habits, routines, and work-life balance. This mystical transit sharpens the details of reality and calls for healthy, sustainable practices to enhance your growth.


As the moon's energy flows, you may experience mood swings, but grounding yourself in the earthy energetics of the trine can bring you back to a state of balance.
